Jackie, I always enjoy coming to your website and learning all these Asian adventures. I enjoy reading this and it’s helpful for those who wanted to venture Vietnam. It’s good that you made these lists for us to see if we can make a trip outside of Ho Chi Minh City. I hope we can make it there soon. My main highlight here is the theme park and Can Tho.

Since I’m a teacher here in HCMC, this list is so useful since I have no guarantee of two days off in a row to make a full “weekend.” I’ve been to the Cu Chi Tunnels and really enjoyed it, but I haven’t been anywhere else on your list yet. Tan Lap Village sounds especially interesting; I’ll save that for this fall as you recommend going when the lotus flowers are in bloom! The Cao Dai Temple also looks fascinating. I’d love to learn a bit more about that religion since it’s local.
