Hi Layla. Long exposure to sulfur gas will be harmful to health. Since we visited the Blue Fire for a short time, the sulfur gas just irritated the eyes whenever the wind blew. No one wore safety goggles, but it would be a good idea if someone plans to stay at the Blue Fire for a while. We wished we had swim goggles!]]></description>
